I am the Founder and Principal Consultant of Prosper Legal Management LLC, a New York-based consultancy dedicated to helping attorneys and legal professionals build meaningful, successful careers through career coaching, professional development, business development strategy, leadership development, and legal education.

Over the course of more than 25 years in the legal profession, I have built my career from multiple perspectives. I began as a practicing attorney at leading international law firms before transitioning into leadership roles in professional development, legal education, practice management, and attorney development at several Am Law firms. Those experiences have given me a deep understanding of the skills attorneys and legal professionals need to succeed—not only as practitioners, but also as leaders, mentors, and business developers.

Today, I help attorneys navigate career transitions, prepare for interviews, develop leadership skills, strengthen business development capabilities, and build long-term career strategies. I serve as a Content Partner for CeriFi LegalEdge, where I develop practical continuing legal education programs focused on leadership, business development, and alternative legal career paths and partner with Leland, an international coaching platform, as a professional career coach.

In addition to my legal consulting work, I manage the literary business affairs of my late mother, acclaimed novelist Nahid Rachlin. I recently supported the publication of Given Away and continue expanding her literary legacy through publishing, licensing, and international initiatives, including the upcoming Italian translation of Foreigner.
